Shaelyn has worked in the ABA field since 2017 and is passionate about empowering individuals with autism and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Dayton and has dedicated her career to creating meaningful, lasting change in the lives of the clients and teams she serves. Her commitment to clinical excellence is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves personalized support, dignity, and opportunities to reach their fullest potential. 
As Clinical Director, Shaelyn leads with compassion, open communication, and collaboration. She believes that trust is the cornerstone of exceptional care and works to create a culture where families feel heard, children feel supported, and team members feel valued. Her goal is to inspire confidence, cultivate strong clinical leaders, and ensure every family who walks through the door feels supported, respected, and hopeful for their child’s future.
