Referral Bonus Amounts
When your referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of active employment, you will receive:
• $150 for an RBT referral
• $1000 for a BCBA referral
Help us find outstanding RBTs and BCBAs and get rewarded for it! If you know a caring professional who’s a great fit for Total Care ABA, send them our way. Once they’re hired, you’ll earn a referral bonus as our thank-you for helping us grow!


When your referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of active employment, you will receive:

• $1000 for a BCBA referral
To ensure your referral is properly credited, all referrals must be submitted before the candidate begins their application.
If an email confirmation is required, please include the following sentence:
“Referral submission for [Candidate Name] prior to application.”
Referred providers must complete all onboarding, credentialing, and compliance steps before they can begin working with Total Care ABA.
To qualify for a referral bonus, the candidate must:
• Complete 90 days of active employment
• Maintain good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Meet all onboarding and credentialing requirements
If multiple employees refer the same provider, the bonus will be awarded to the individual whose submission was received first.
Once eligibility is confirmed, bonuses are processed within two weeks. All referral bonuses are considered taxable income.
Managers, directors, or anyone involved in the hiring decision for the referred candidate are not eligible to participate in the program.

Referral bonuses apply only when the referral is submitted before the candidate applies and when all eligibility criteria are met. All bonuses will be issued in accordance with federal and state tax regulations.
Total Care ABA reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Bonuses may be withheld if guidelines are not followed or if any fraudulent or misleading information is discovered.
Program oversight is managed by the Operations Team, and all final bonus approvals are reviewed by HR.
