She supports clinical leaders and behavior analysts in delivering high-quality, ethical, and family-centered services while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence and professional development.

With 15 years of experience in the field, Stephanie earned her master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. Her leadership philosophy centers on assent-based care, meaningful collaboration with families, and a commitment to staying aligned with current research and evidence-based practices to ensure impactful, individualized outcomes for the children and families she serves.
