Steffanie Hite became certified as a BCBA in 2016 and previously worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. She brings over 20 years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals across a variety of settings. Steffanie earned her Master’s degree from Duquesne University with a concentration in School Psychology and completed her BCBA course sequence at the Florida Institute of Technology.
Throughout her career, Steffanie has worked in clinics, schools, and in-home programs. She is passionate about helping both clients and staff reach their fullest potential and currently serves as the Director of Fellowship at Total Care ABA, where she enjoys mentoring RBTs. She particularly enjoys working with adolescents, focusing on social skills and executive functioning, and draws on her psychology background to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
