Sara Itkoff is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked in the ABA field since 2017 and earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She currently serves as Director of In-Home Operations, overseeing regional leaders, BCBAs, and in-home clinical teams while supporting the expansion of services into new states.
Sara’s leadership is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and practical problem solving. She focuses on removing barriers that limit clinician success so teams can deliver high-quality and ethical care, and believes effective ABA therapy is individualized, child-led, and responsive to each family’s goals.
