Miryam “Malky” Cherns-Kovitz serves in a Quality Assurance leadership role at Total Care ABA, where she oversees the QA team and leads audit and medical record request processes. She collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to strengthen documentation standards, support compliance, and advance organization-wide quality improvement initiatives focused onethical, consistent, and effective care.
Malky combines a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis with extensive experience instaff support and operational excellence. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Daemen University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst whose leadership emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and supporting providers to ensure high-quality ABA services.
