Leslie Kidd serves as Clinical Director of the Jasper clinic, overseeing clinical programming, staff supervision, and service delivery. She has extensive experience across both RBT and BCBA roles and is passionate about expanding access to ABA services for diverse and underserved populations.
Leslie earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She believes strong leadership is rooted in trust, clarity, and care, and focuses on building supportive environments where clinicians and families can succeed.
