Alison Eschrich is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, families, and communities. With dual licensure in behavior analysis and mental health, she integrates evidence-based ABA practices with therapeutic insight while centering dignity, safety, and collaboration in her work.

She values culturally responsive care, individualized treatment planning, and strong therapeutic relationships, and holds degrees in Developmental Psychology and Psychology along with a post-graduate certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
