Irmelle Norvil

The daughter of two Haitian parents, I grew up in Haiti until age 12. I migrated to the US with my parents and younger brother. Along the way, I developed a passion for psychology and minimal interest in research.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern University in 2019 and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. My fascination with ABA therapy began while working as a psychosocial therapist after my first degree. I delved into research to address gaps I observed in the children I worked with, leading me to focus on the pathology of autism in children.
